2.The petitioners have given a representation dated 25.07.2025 before the second respondent seeking issuance of joint patta. It appears that the revenue record presently reflects the names of the legal heirs of the second wife of Seenivasaga Nadar.

3.The second respondent is directed to issue notice to the incumbent pattadors and dispose of the writ petitioners' representation dated 25.07.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass a speaking order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
