2.The petitioner has given application to the fourth respondent
seeking issuance of separate patta. The writ petitioner has made this claim on the strength of certain court judgments. The fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to all the interested persons and hold a summary enquiry and pass a speaking on the writ petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the
merits of the matter.
