The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has rendered 25 years of service as casual labour on consolidated pay since 12.05.1999 in the second respondent University and made representations dated 07.10.2022 and 11.07.2025 to regularize his service, the respondents have not take any steps on the said representation. Hence, the petitioner has now approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit

that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
