The present Writ Petition has been filed by a Revenue Inspector working in the second respondent Municipality seeking a mandamus to review the order of suspension.

2.A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner herein was placed under suspension by way of an order dated 28.04.2025, for being involved in a trap case inside the office premises.

3.The petitioner has given a representation on 21.07.2025, to review the order of suspension in the light of his family circumstances. Since, the same has not yet been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

4.Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner on 21.07.2025, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of
