The present writ petition has been filed by a Panchayat Secretary

seeking a mandamus as against the 4^th respondent for disbursement of subsistence allowance.

A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner herein was placed under suspension on 27.12.2022 and the suspension was revoked on 20.11.2023. Later, he was dismissed from service on 20.03.2025. The petitioner has given a representation to the 4^th respondent for disbursing the subsistence allowance for the period of his suspension. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed.
