PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to survey the land in Survey No.465/13 with Patta No.92, situated in South Illayattankudi, Tirupattur Taluk, Sivagangai District based upon the application of the petitioner in Petition No.2025/N123/23/006468, dated 13.03.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the fourth respondent to conduct survey of the property situated in Survey No.465/13 with Patta No. 92, South Illayattankudi, Tirupattur Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering his application, dated 13.03.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, he purchased the property under sale deed dated 29.01.2001 and the patta stands in the name of the petitioner vide Patta No. 92. He submitted online application on 13.03.2025 in Application No.2025/N123/23/006468. Since the same has not been considered, he has come before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1

to 4 and submits that application filed by the petitioner would be considered.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 13.03.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, fifth respondent, neighbouring land owners and other patadars.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no
