PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records passed by the first respondent herein in Roc.No.P2/32021/2018, dated 31.5.2019 placing the Petitioner under suspension and Roc.No.P2/32021/2019 in not allowing the Petitioner to retire from service and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to promote the Petitioner Thirumathi R.Mariammal and to disburse the terminal benefits due to superannuation till the actual date of payment.
