2.This Writ Petition is filed, seeking for a direction to the respondents

1 to 4 to take action against the encroachments made in the East West Public Street in S.No.16/36, North South Public Street in S.No.16/21 and the common playground area in S.No.16/3 at Gandhi Nagar, Karatampatti Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, based on the written instructions obtained from the 3^rd respondent dated 19.08.2025, would submit that encroachments have been identified in the lands in S.Nos.16/21 and 16/36 and the authorities competent are contemplating to take action in respect of the encroachments as per the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.
