This Petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection for life and limb of the petitioner and to perform the poojas and conduct festivals in the 'Sri Vayuputhira Ramapaktha Vishwaroopa Anjaneyar Temple' and 'Nagammal Temple' situated at Mullipadi village, Kadavur, Karur District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2024.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that since the dispute is with regard to Management of the temple, the complaint was closed, advising the parties to approach the Civil Court.
