2.The communication between the litigant and the lawyer is privileged. This privileged communication is utilized for the purpose of representing the case before the Courts by the learned Government Pleader. Such letter would not provide any cause for institution of the Writ proceedings. The petitioner has to independently ventilate his grievances in the manner known to law.
