This Writ Petition has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment made by the 5^th respondent in the Government Poramboke public lane in Survey No.230/27 situated at Keeladi Village & Post, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2025 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, would submit that survey is going to be conducted by the revenue authorities. In the event of identifying the 2/5

encroachment, the same will be removed by following the procedures as contemplated under the Act.

3.In view of the said submission, the official respondents are directed to conduct survey, identify the encroachment in the pathway and remove the same by following the procedures as contemplated under the relevant statutes and rules. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
