This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the sands from canal exist in Survey No.157, Keezha Tiruchendur Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Tuticorin District within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2022, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and conduct inspection and enquiry and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
