would submit that the Sub-Registrar is receiving documents from the precedence and registering the same by following the procedures as contemplated under the Registration Act. The High Court in exercise of the powers of judicial review cannot issue a direction to transfer or force to appoint an officer on temporary basis or otherwise which is beyond the scope of the powers of judicial review.
No costs.
