to measure an demarcate the petitioner's properties in S.No.52/1 and 54/2 (Old S.No.6/3A1, 6/3B3A2 and 6/3B2A), measuring about 1309 square Meter and 967 Square Meter respectively, situated at Sattur Town and Taluk Virudhuangar District, and to provide adequate police protection for the same, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 05.02.2025.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to survey the property situated in Survey No.52/1 and 54/2 (Old S.No.6/3A1, 6/3B3A2 and 6/3B2A), measuring about 1309 square Metres and 967 Square Metres respectively, at Sattur Town and Taluk Virudhuangar District, by considering his application, dated 02.10.2024 (wrongly mentioned as 05.02.2025 in writ petition).

Heard Mr.A.Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 3; and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate, for

respondent No.4. Since no adverse orders are passed against fifth respondent, notice to her is dispensed with. With the consent of both the counsel, the Writ

Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

The petitioner claims right over the subject property under a registered sale deed, dated 09.02.2024. The Town Survey Register for the said property was also mutated in favour of the petitioner subsequent to his purchase. Therefore, he submitted an online application before second respondent on 02.10.2024 in application No.2024/0178/26/000123, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the online application of the petitioner would be considered on its own merits within a time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, Respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner, dated 02.10.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to petitioner, fifth respondent and other interested parties.
