The first respondent circulated written instructions from the Panchayat President recording that the second respondent had constructed in the said survey numbers, that 3.96 cents with the house thereon was held under a registered sale deed dated 20-07-2012 (Document No. 2751/2012), that the encroacher had filed O.S.No.110/2023 before the District Munsif, Valliyoor challenging the Town Panchayat's notice, and that no further action was taken after notice of the suit.
