Hema filed a writ petition under Article 226 seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash an enquiry notice dated 08.07.2025 issued by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Social Justice & Human Rights / SC/ST Vigilance Cell, Theni (3rd respondent) regarding her Scheduled Tribe (Katunayakkan) Community Certificate, and to hold that no further enquiry was required, relying on proceedings No. 18007/CV-2(1)/2018 dated 25.11.2024 of the Chairman, State Level Scrutiny Committee - II declaring her father's community certificate genuine.
