The request of the petitioner is only for the speedy disposal of the Opposition No.862023 filed by the Petitioner as against the 2nd respondent's Trade Mark Application No.2530398 in Class 41 pending before the 1st respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he has sent an email to the petitioner stating that their clients viz., LIGA EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED are not interested any more in proceeding the writ petition.

In view of the above submissions, this writ petition stands allowed. The first respondent shall complete the proceedings within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
