Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to permit the petitioner to participate in the enquiry to be conducted by them, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2024 along with the representation of the fifth respondent herein, as per the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.35624/2024 dated 10.12.2024.

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing

the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the objection / representation made by the petitioner on 20.06.2024.

Heard Mr.C.Rajakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4.

One Jayachandran, who is the fifth respondent in this writ petition, filed W.P.No.35624 of 2024 for a direction to the official respondents to restrain from entertaining any documents and registering the same in favour of respondents 6 to 8 herein. This writ petition was disposed of by order dated 10.12.2024 and this Court directed the official respondents to deal with the objection / representation made by the fifth respondent herein. The petitioner who is the step-brother of the fifth respondent also wants to submit his objections and accordingly, he has also submitted his representation dated 20.06.2024. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.No.35624 of 2024

dated 10.12.2024, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to also deal with the objections / representation made by the petitioner on 20.06.2024 and conduct an enquiry along with the objections / representation made by the fifth respondent and comply with the earlier order passed in W.P.No.35624 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024.
