These writ petitions have been filed filed for issue of writ of mandamus

¶19

directing the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the

¶20

petitioners on 30.12.2024, wherein, the petitioners have sought for the issuance

¶21

of patta with respect to the subject property.

¶22

2.The case of the petitioners is that the subject property was assigned in

¶23

their favour and they are in possession and enjoyment of the same. They made a

¶24

representation seeking for patta which was not considered and hence, the

¶25

present writ petitions have been filed before this Court.

¶26

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special

¶27

Government Pleader produced the written instructions received from the 2nd

respondent. The 2nd respondent has already considered the representation made by the petitioners and is in the process of passing an order which will be

conveyed to the petitioners within the time frame fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to

convey the decision to the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.These writ petitions are disposed of with the above directions. No

Costs.
