This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents, particularly, third respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 20.12.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for cancellation of patta issued in favour of the respondents 7 and 8 with respect to the subject property.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the

case and considering the materials placed before this Court and also considering the fact that the fourth respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry and collected relevant documents in order to place the representation before the third respondent, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 20.12.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the respondents 7 and 8 and final orders shall be passed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No

costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
