PRAYER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th Respondent to shift the proposed construction of quality control room and paddy drying yard in the Aanadhinam land comprised in Survey No.90/2 situated at Maamandur Village, Thiruthani Taluk, Thiruvallur District to some other place, thereby ensuring to the petitioner to get access to his land, to an extent of 0.28 cents comprised in Survey No.90/1A2 of the said village based on the representation dated 29.09.2025 issued by the petitioner to the respondents.

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th Respondent to shift the proposed construction of quality control room and paddy drying yard in the Aanadhinam land comprised in Survey No.90/2 situated at Maamandur Village, Thiruthani Taluk, Thiruvallur District to some other place, thereby ensuring to the petitioner to get access to his land, to an extent of 0.28 cents comprised in Survey No.90/1A2 of the said village based on the representation dated 29.09.2025 issued by the petitioner to the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the 4^th respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
