Prayer: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a (i) WP.3842 of 2025 - Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st, 2nd and 3rd respondents to adhere to the "Framework for Revival and Rehabilitation of MSMEs" issued by the Ministry of MSME, vide notification dated 29.05.2015 and the Master Direction "Lending to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Sector" dated 21.07.2016 notified by the RBI; and (ii) WP.3843 of 2025 - Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to extend the validity of the Bank Guarantee No.0114624IPG006779 dated 22.04.2024 in favour of the Member Secretary, Goa State Urban Development Authority, required for the disbursement of a sum of Rs.3,16,00,000/- by the GSUDA to the petitioner.
