This writ petition has been filed seeking for survey and demarcation of
the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The
petitioner claims that he is the owner of the said property. The respondents had
earlier surveyed and demarcated the very same property. But, according to the
petitioner, one of the neighbouring land owners had removed the boundary
stones and therefore, the petitioner seeks for re-survey of the property as well as
