This petition has been filed ventilating a grievance that proper access to the burial ground has not been provided.

We find that the petitioner has made a representation dated 14.10.2019, in this regard. The allegations made in the petition require examination by the seventh respondent/ Tahsildar, Cheyyar Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

The seventh respondent shall look into the grievance and

ensure that if there is no approach or access road, the burial ground shall be provided necessary access. This order should not be taken as a command to provide any exclusive access to the burial ground involved in this petition.
