Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 6th respondents to take further criminal action against the 7th respondent and all authorities concerned who have acted hand-in-glove with her, for the offences of swindling and misappropriation of school funds, criminal breach of trust, fabrication and manipulation of school records including salary disbursement records and attendance register pertaining to school ayahs and siphoning away their monthly salaries to herself for personal wrongful gain, and for recovery of the government funds misappropriated by the 7th respondent.

The relief sought in this writ petition is the same as was sought before this Court by filing a writ petition in W.P.No.4774 of 2024, which was finally disposed of on 27.02.2024.

Though the relief sought in that writ petition is the same as sought in this writ petition, a limited concession was made by the official respondents insofar as initiation of departmental action is concerned. Placing on record the said statement, the writ petition was disposed of.

It appears that, later on, a contempt petition was filed, which was also disposed of.

Now the petitioner seeks to repeat the same relief which was sought in the earlier writ petition, without any liberty reserved.

5.Since no liberty was granted to revive the petition earlier,

direction as sought, cannot be granted.

We fail to understand, if the petitioner's case is that an offence has been committed, why he has not taken recourse to filing an FIR before the jurisdictional police station.

Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
