4. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned main WP is

dismissed as abated. Consequently, captioned 'writ miscellaneous petition' (hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity) thereat perishes with the captioned main WP. In other words, captioned WMP thereat is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
