After some arguments, Mr. A.V. Arun, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned main 'writ petition' (hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity) and captioned 'writ miscellaneous petition' (hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity) thereat as the appeal/stay petition is dated 19.02.2025 but neither postal receipt/nor acknowledgment has been filed. However, learned counsel made a plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to come back to this Court with the same plea, if there is inaction. This request is acceded to.
