the respondents for SIPCOT. Despite the resolutions passed by the 1 st respondent dated 13.05.2022 and 26.12.2022 for deposit of compensation with respect to the lands acquired by the respondents, the respondents had not taken any steps to dispurse the compensation to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 24.06.2025 seeking to disburse the compenstion amount to them. As the same did not evoke any response, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

3. T he learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent concerned will disburse the compensation to the petitioner with respect to the acquired lands within a period of eight weeks.
