PRAYER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 29.11.2021 passed by the respondent No.2 in Endt. No:SET/TANGEDCO/CGL/DFC/AAO)/-HT/AS.HT.GI/AS/F, HT.SC. No.1011/D, No.558A/21 dated 29.11.2021 and quash the same and forbear the respondent No.3 from disconnecting the electricity connection.
