Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 4th respondent relating to the impugned order dated 01.08.2023 bearing ff/vz;:,kpbgh/fp/bj /gz;/t/M/nfh/kD/m/v/114/23-24 and quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to effect the name transfer of the petitioner for the Electricity Connection No.029-008829 for the petitioner's property comprised in Old.S.No.300/4, 300/5 & 301/2 and R.S.No.205/7A1 Malligampatti Village, Kadampuliyur, Cuddalore District admeasuring Acre 0.75 cents.

ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an impleading petition in W.P.No.9345 of 2021, which is pending before this Court. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.
2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for
the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the

liberty as sought for. However, the present impugned order is subject to the result of the writ petition in W.P.No.9345 of 2021. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
