It is stated that the petitioners have been allotted House sites viz., House site No.107 (V.Ravi) and House site No.110 (R. Vinothkumar) by the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board. It is the grievance of the petitioners that despite paying the entire cost for the said allotment, till date, the 4^th respondent has not issued No Objection Certificates in favour of the petitioners and for which, they made representations on 06.07.2022. As the said representations were not considered, till date, they approached this Court by filing these writ petitions.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued by this Court to consider the petitioners' representations, both dated 06.07.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the 4^th respondent would submit that he has no objection for issuance of appropriate directions in the above regard.

In view of the fair submissions, and considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioners, this Court, directs the 4^th respondent to consider the petitioners' representations, both dated 06.07.2022, if not considered already, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period
