This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to prevent encroachment of the temple land belonging to Shri Atteswarar Temple by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 26.05.2025.

In the light of the above stand taken by the 2nd respondent, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to proceed further and to take necessary action to remove the encroachment that has taken place in the property belonging to the temple. If necessary, the 4th respondent shall provide police protection.
