By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up

for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to the 7 th Respondent is dispensed with.

2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of certiorarified

mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent issued vide notice dated 4.6.2025 to the 7th respondent quash the same and consequently direct the

respondents 1 to 6 to keep in abeyance the survey work in old S.F.No.699/3(R.S.No.431/2A)of Alangiyam Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District until disposal of O.S.No.283 of 2022 pending before the District Munsif court, Dharapuram.

3. After submitting for a brief while, the learned counsel for petitioner would submit that they would confine their prayer for an opportunity of hearing before the appropriate respondent before they proceed with survey.

4. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents would submit that a notice has already been issued to the petitioner and as a matter of fact enquiry was to be conducted.

5. In view of the submissions now made, the 3 rd respondent shall issue notice to the petitioner and thereafter proceed with survey in compliance with the order of this Court in W.P.No.2601 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025. Agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.
