This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to pay the salary of the petitioner including arrears of salary in the revised pay scale of Rs. 56100-177500 (level 22) with effect from 26.02.2020 as sanctioned vide G. O Ms No. 70 dated 26.02.2020 issued by the respondent No. 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation on 01.02.2021 to the 3rd respondent demanding payment of the petitioner's salary in pay scale sanctioned vide G.O.Ms.No.70 dated 26.02.2020. Since no communication received from the respondent, the petitioner had sent the 2nd representation on 27.08.2024 to the 3rd respondent. The learned counsel would further submit that the 3rd respondent forwarded the

petitioner's representation to the 2nd respondent. It is the submission of the petitioner that the 2nd respondent has to pass orders based upon the letter dated 06.09.2024 of the 3rd respondent.

At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would fairly submit that they will consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.

In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2024 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
