The petitioner had earlier sought anticipatory bail before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2276 of 2025, which was granted on 30.01.2025 and this Court directed the authorities to keep in abeyance the look out circular issued as against the petitioner for the period of four weeks. Thereafter ,the petitioner had complied with the conditions. Now, the petitioner wants to go back to Dubai. He further submitted that the petitioner's family members are residing in Coimbatore and the petitioner frequently come to India. He will not evade the

trial proceedings. Hence, the petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to withdraw the Look Out Circular issued against him.

In view of the abovesaid submission, this Court directs the petitioner

to file an affidavit before the concerned Investigating Officer/respondent Police,

furnishing particulars regarding his family members, address, contact numbers,

details of the proposed journey and other relevant particulars. Upon filing of such affidavit by the petitioner, the look out notice issued against the petitioner

shall be kept in abeyance until further orders.
