Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos 1 to 5 to consider and take appropriate action on the representations dated 08.04.2025 submitted by the petitioner thereby to remove encroachments made by the 6th , 7th and 8th respondent in Survey No 684/3, which in Nilaveyal pathai, by completely blocking the pathway leading to survey Nos. survey Nos. 689, 690, 691, 692, 1083, 1084, 1085, 1086, 1091/A, 1087/A, 1092/A, which are agriculture land and make in free from all kind of encroachments so as to enable the farmers to freely access their agriculture lands and also remove the encroachments made by them in the water channel / course in Survey no 683/3, 684/2 and resotre the water channel / course in Survey No 683/3 which originally starts from polur Lake, after passes trough various survey Numbers i.e., 684/2 689/3 1085/2, etc., ultimately it reaches cheyyar lake .
