The delay is 793 days. By virtue of this long delay,

certainly, some prejudice would have been caused to the respondent, who is the writ petitioner. Therefore, in order to compensate the same, we are inclined to allow this petition only on terms. Therefore, this petition is ordered on payment of Rs.5,000/[Rupees Five Thousand Only], which shall be paid by the petitioner to the respondent through the learned counsel appearing for the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
