This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, seeking for a

direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to make amendment to the bill of

entries morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition by deleting

the name of the 4th respondent in the said bills of entries.

Learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent, on

instructions, would submit that the 4th respondent has no objection for deleting the name of the 4th respondent from the respective bills of entries

referred to in the prayer to this writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would also

submit that the shipping line will be submitting the application with the

2 nd respondent seeking amendment of the bills of entries, which are morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, accompanied with the NOC issued by the 4th respondent, seeking deletion of the name of the

4th respondent from the respective bills of entries referred to supra and on nd

receipt of the said application, a direction may be issued to the 2

respondent to consider the application of the shipping line, within a time

frame to be fixed by this Court.

Learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to

by the NOC issued by the 4th respondent, for deletion of the name of the

4 th respondent in the bills of entries morefully disclosed in the prayer to

this writ petition, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order.
