This writ petition is filed for the following relief:

"To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the

respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2025, and to pay the last drawn monthly wages, inclusive of any maintenance allowance, to the petitioner, with consequential benefits as per Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, for the

Considering the fact that this writ petition is filed only seeking

Since the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that it is not a simplicitor consideration of the writ petition, it is needless to state that while passing orders, the respondent shall take note of relevant facts. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs .
