The order of the Labour Court ordering reinstatement has been given effect to. However, the workman has passed away in the meanwhile. With reference to the back wages, the management has obtained an order of interim stay in W.P.No.28314 of 2022 and W.M.P.No.27620 of 2022. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition
