This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of writ of certiorarified
mandamus.
on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 22.10.2025. Thereafter the matter was listed for four more times and the counsel
for the petitioner did not appear on any of the dates. Hence, on 19.11.2025, when again the learned counsel for the petitioner did not appear when the matter was called for hearing, the matter was posted to 10.12.2025 as a last chance

under the caption “for dismissal”. Even today i.e., on 10.12.2025, when the matter is listed under the caption “for dismissal” there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court presumes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case any further.
