of this Court to withdraw the captioned main 'Writ Petition' ['WP' for the sake of brevity] and captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] thereat but made a plea to preserve the rights of the writ petitioner to assail the six page annexure to the impugned order. Considering the facts of the case and the manner in which the writ petitioner is circumstanced, we accede to this request.
