This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the

first respondent to deal with the petition filed by the petitioner on 19.05.2022, wherein the petitioner has challenged the order passed by the second respondent dated 05.02.2021, based on the representation given by the fourth respondent,

wherein the sub-division patta granted in favour of the petitioner was cancelled.

Heard Ms.Divya Preathika.R, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional

Government Pleader based on the instructions received from the third respondent submitted that the enquiry has been fixed on 11.04.2025 and the claim made by the petitioner will be considered on merits and in accordance with law, and order will be passed within the time frame fixed by the Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and the materials

¶33

placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to pass final orders in the appeal filed by the petitioner on 19.05.2022 on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the fourth respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
