This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus

directing the respondents, in particular the 3^rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in her name.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

¶25

3.The petitioner is relying upon the sale deed dated 28.02.2020 and also the patta that was issued in the name of the vendor of the petitioner in Patta No.1010. The petitioner made a representation seeking for issuance of patta in her name. Even though various communications were made, no decision was taken in this regard and hence, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents based on the written instructions received from the 3^rd respondent submitted that necessary orders will be passed by the 3^rd respondent based on the representation made by the petitioner within the

5.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 3^rd
