When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.12.2025, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Hence, the case was directed to be listed under the caption “for dismissal” today ie., 17.12.2025. Even today, there is appearance for the petitioner. The cause of action itself is of the year 2016. Probably nothing survives for further adjudication. The miscellaneous petition is dismissed for default.
