2.The grievance projected in this Miscellaneous Petition regarding the finalisation

of the voters list can very well be canvassed in the pending writ petition filed by the second petitioner herein (W.P(MD)No.2686 of 2025). I must place on record that the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent herein voiced the very same issues. I expressed my misgivings that in a Miscellaneous Petition in a concluded writ petition, it may not be open to me to go into such aspects. In that view of the matter, beyond appointing a Judge Administrator, I did not grant any further relief. That does not mean that I have negatived the contentions put forth in this regard.

3.With the aforesaid liberty, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
