The present writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend ordinary leave

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the

respondents would submit that the application seeking premature release of the

¶25

prisoner is under consideration on the file of the Government. The process may

take more time and therefore, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no serious objection for extension of interim bail already granted by this Court in

W.M.P.No.33323 of 2024 in W.P.No.30514 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024.

In view of the fact that the respondents seeks time to dispose of the premature release application, we are inclined to extend the interim bail for further period

of three months (3) months on the same conditions as imposed in
