2.The petitioner is seeking for the modification of the order and particularly paragraph No.8 of the order on the ground that the original documents have already been handed over to the 5th respondent and the 5 th respondent through a communication dated 10.12.2021 made to the 2nd respondent has enclosed the entire original documents.

3.In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the directions given in paragraph No.8 of the order passed in the writ petition requires modification.
