for wilfully disobeying the orders passed in W.P.No.23428 of 2024 dated 19.08.2024.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the Government Order in G.O.(2D)No.77 dated 18.03.2025, wherein, the following order has been passed by the Government:

After examination, the Government order that the Compulsory Retirement Pension of Rs.3,523/-(Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty Three only) as monthly pension from his full admissible Compensation Pension of Rs.5,285/- and Death cum Retirement Gratuity of Rs. 1,60,677/( Rupees One Lakh Sixty Thousand Six Hundred and Seventy Seven only) from his full Death cum Retirement Gratuity of Rs. 2,41,015/with effect from 01.12.2003 be fixed to Thiru. P. Natarajan, formerly Regional Transport Officer, under rule 39(1) of Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978.
