ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 941 days

delay in filing the restoration petition in WP No.7151 of 2015 to restore the

dismissal order for non-prosecution dated 12.08.2022.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court being satisfied

with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned. This Court is also inclined to restore the main WP No.7151 of 2015, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, within a period of ten days from today, failing which, the order of this Court dated 12.08.2022

in WP No.7151 of 2015, shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

Post the matter on 11.12.2025.
